Java Yachting creates practical team-building experiences, camps, and group activity programmes in Phuket and Krabi, Thailand, using sailing, kayaking, and water-based challenges to encourage communication, cooperation, leadership, and confidence.

From a single activity session to a multi-day residential camp, we emphasise participation, shared experiences and, importantly, having fun together.
Our locations at Koh Lon Island, Phuket, and Krabi Boat Lagoon, Krabi, provide two distinctive environments for group programmes. Facilities include accommodation, meeting areas, activity spaces, and water access, allowing us to combine outdoor challenges with workshops, meetings, group discussions, dinners, and social activities.
We can accommodate groups of up to 50 participants for many of our programmes.
Sailing and kayaking form an important part of our activities, while our four dragon boats introduce another exciting dimension. Dragon boat challenges require crews to communicate, coordinate and work together, making them particularly effective for team-building competitions and corporate events.

– Catering/refreshments can be provided for all events.
As safety is our top priority, all yachts and events are operated to the highest standards for safety equipment and protocols and are appropriately insured.
Each participant will receive a lifejacket before taking part in any on-water activity.
Each yacht is fitted with fire extinguishers, first aid, VHF radios, flares, and all necessary safety equipment.
